Frequently Asked Questions

Q. I submitted an order but haven't received my template(s) yet.
A. You should receive an automated email with the download link right after a successful payment. Make sure you check your spam folder if you don't see this email. Alternatively, you can log into our website. If you go to your account details and click on order history, you will also find the download link under the specific order details.

NOTE: 10 for $98 orders are manually processes to avoid fraud. We will manually email you your templates. It takes up to 24 hours for us to process these orders.

Q. I am receiving an error when I try to upload a Joomla 1.5 template.
A. You need to unzip the file you downloaded after you purchase. The file you need to install is called: tem_[templatename].zip.

Q. I installed the template/theme but it looks nothing like your demo
A. You need to assign your modules or blocks to the available positions for the particular template you just installed.
Make sure you read the template installation file that came with the template. It shows in detail where the modules and blocks need to go to.

Q. How many websites can I use the purchased template for.
A. Only one website. If you need to use the same template for another website, you need to purchase an additional license.

Q. I have uploaded my own logo but the new logo size is wrong
A. You need to remove the image dimensions in the templates/tem_name/index.php or themes/themename/page.tpl.php

Q. How do I remove the "Welcome to the frontpage" line on my Joomla homepage
A. Go to Menu manager > Main Menu and click to edit the option "Home". Uncheck the "display component title" option from the parameters section on the right

Q. What is the "Customization Package" you offer for your templates and themes
A. It's a package we offer our clients to make template customization easier. We basically install the template/theme for you, change the color scheme to your desired one, and update any imagery or logo so that it reflects your brand.

Q. What is the "Full Package" you offer for your templates and themes
A. If you purchase the "Full package" option, we will install the template/theme for you. Customize all images, logo and colors as required. Insert content (up to 10 pages) and configure your modules and components.
