There are several new designs, and also a few conversions of our most interesting joomla templates that we had already developed for Joomla 1.5. CMS Lounge Website Re-Designed

As you might have noticed by now, we have just unveiled a re-designed website. The goal of this redesign is to provide a better interface for our growing number of Joomla and Drupal Templates and Themes and newest products.

The new site no longer runs on Joomla + Virtuemart, which was the combination we had been using for a few years. Over time, we found the limitations of that setup too strict and too inflexible. We are now using Magento to run the new site, which is a genuine store CMS, and has a variety of features we are hoping will help us to better serve our clients.

You can already notice that we have improved the customer registration process. Now it's much easier to create an account and make a purchase.

Latest Joomla Template - Stilocen

Freshest Joomla Template off the CMS Lounge stove is called Stilocen (don't ask me why). I had been working on it for a while and then I forgot about it until yesterday.

Light weight (only has three images), it's creative and would be perfect for someone looking for a clean, minimalist design.

Improvements to Existing Joomla Templates

Due to a request from one of our most loyal customers, we have made an improvement to some of our existing Joomla Templates. Included in this upgrade are these joomla templates: Adriacorp, Coffee, Domino, Frankton, Mandingo, Palado, Realestateco, Softcom, Talentinc, Vandelay.

The upgrade is the following: all these joomla templates feature a fairly large main image on the frontpage design. We have added an option to each joomla template to have the main image be switched with a module position, which would allow you to place a Flash module there, or an image rotation module, and so on.The switch is just a simple parameter.

Improvements to our Drupal Templates

Hey Drupalers! We have made some small improvement to several of our Drupal Templates. The following drupal themes:

now include styling for the nice_menus module. This means that if you use any one of these themes, you can right away have a drop-down menu available of you install the excellent nice_menus module.

We have also updated our live demos for the above-mentioned themes to show the styling for the nice_menus. So if you go to the live demo of one of the templates above, and hover over some of the menu items, you will see the dropdown in action.

Note: Customers who have already purchased one of the templates above are eligible to receive a free update. The nice_menus styling does not apply to Drupal 5 themes.
